About Warren County, MO - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Warren County is a small county located in the eastern portion of Missouri, and it is home to only approximately 32,500 residents. The count seat is Warrenton, named for General Joseph Warren, an American Revolutionary War hero who died during the Battle of Bunker Hill. Warren County consists of eight cities and towns and six unincorporated communities, and two high schools serve the region: Warrenton High School and Wright City High School. The county is part of the Missouri Rhineland, and it includes award-winning wineries found on either side of the Missouri River.

While Warren County is a small area, there are a few notable attractions found here. Warrenton is home to the Belle Starr Theater and the Warrenton 8 Cinema, and visitors can learn more about the area at the Warren County Historical Society Museum. Marthasville is home to the Daniel Boone Monument and the Katy Trail State Park, and the local Luxenhaus Farm hosts Deutsch Country Days every autumn. Wright City also houses attractions like Cedar Lake Cellars and Big Joel’s Safari.

Warren County is part of a humid continental climate zone. This means that residents will enjoy four distinct seasons throughout the course of the year, allowing for a variety of outdoor recreational opportunities. Cross country and downhill skiers will enjoy the winter months when temperatures fall below freezing and the area experiences a decent amount of snowfall. However, indoor conditions will need to stay warm with a heat pump or furnace.

During the summer, hiking, biking, and swimming are popular in the area, especially with the warm weather conditions. Temperatures reach 90 degrees or higher about 45 days per season, but humidity levels can be high. On the hottest days, residents will appreciate having a cool place to retreat that is equipped with an energy efficient central air conditioning unit.
